When we receive enough pre-orders by Thursday at noon, REAL Q BBQ will be smoked for Friday pickup between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m.

We slow-smoke whole butts only when enough orders are booked, so availability will vary.

2️⃣ We Cook in Limited Batches
When enough orders are booked, we slow-smoke the butts for 9–10 hours over natural hardwoods.

3️⃣ Friday Pickup When a Cook Is Scheduled
Pickup is from 4:00 to 5:00 PM behind the smokehouse, facing the railroad tracks.
